I spearheaded the monthly design and development of 3-5 engaging online courses while continuously optimizing processes and ensuring consistent high-quality content. This involved working cross-functionally and collaborating with writers, curriculum designers, project managers, content project managers, and quality assurance.

During my time at Relias, I also founded an Employee Resource Group at Relias with Ash Isley. Together we worked to create a more inclusive space for everyone, both on-site and off with the Accessibility ERG. We hosted many meetings as well as moderated an ongoing discussion board where employees could ask questions, voice concerns, etc.

I worked on multiple different teams, to help everyone meet deadlines including different verticals and quality assurance. I also volunteered to work on special projects to help train incoming designers on how to create courses and meet Relias’ standards.
